I am Ukrainian and I will explain to you now.
At the beginning of the war there were 40 million of us, after the mass migration there were less than 30 left, but acting as a defense party and not sending people into meat assaults every day, we do not need to mobilize everyone from the age of 18, as the West says. We have a rather old army, most of the soldiers are aged 30-40, which already numbers more than a million soldiers, increasing the number of people at the front will not give anything, because without aircraft and shells for artillery we cannot conduct a large-scale offensive.
We will not do as Russia does, but will insist on increasing technical support. We do not need peacekeepers or expeditionary forces, we only need weapons.

Ukraine's 26 year minimum age is because 18-25 is age most Ukrainians have children at. They are planning for future population growth, which is why they protect the child bearing age guys.

Europe is building critical infrastructure regarding large scale wars, post ww2 very little was left and rebuilt (uk france germany) and after the soviet collapse it diminished even more. The technology is there, all europe has some great weapons (germany uk france italy spain sweden norway) but the way to produce that technology in large numbers is not there yet.

27:00 This is misleading and you know it is. 4 years into WWII was 1943, the Axis had taken significant blows on all fronts and were in fighting withdrawals across the map. The Allies expelled Germany & Italy from North Africa and proceeded to land in Italy itself in 1943. In the beginning of 1943 the last German holdouts in Stalingrad were being mopped up by the Soviets. The Axis were well past their high point by 1943, don't BS people.

I think saying Russia dominate the frontlines is a little far fetched. Taking in account the fights for most contested towns as of now started as early as spring or summer like for Chasiv Yar. Also that the few fortresses that have fallen this year withstood 30 months of direct assaults.
As ISW say constantly, they are crawling at huge cost. Several order of magnitude lower than domination.
