Thank you this video was the easiest one for me to understand. By leaving the loop large and than making all the wraps makes it much more simple.

I love this knot. I just have one question to anyone: I used a 6mm used cable to make the prusik knot to ascend/descend on old 12mm cable but I had a had time to move the prusik cables so I had to loose them in order to ascend/descend, is that normal? Or it is being hard to slide them because of the old cables?
