WoW pvp needs less passives/buffs less micro cc less abilitys, fewer numbers but harder hitting/impactful ones but all those points would make pve boring, thats why i say split pvp specs complety from pve since legion.

If he used fire blast while shifting power he would account for the cd reduction since you can use fire blast off gcd while shifting so it doesn’t waste charge recharges

I like the new spell book but I think it would oook even better with some mage runes etc on the pages so it doesn’t look so bland same goes for the other classes as of that a book you got when you first became a mage like it’s ancient writings etc

The idea of keeping the talent tree and adding a new one is interesting.

THAT BEING SAID, the fact that we will get *all* the talent points, make it "yet another artifact weapon". No son, make an EXTRA talent tree, with 3 tiers, one per Worldsoul expansion. And make it a full talent tree, as in the other two trees. Not like, "oh, in 3 nodes you can choose A or B", make it completely different, with "Hero Class" specialization and more talents. "Don't you guys play Last Epoch?" - because the D4 team sure did and lifted a shitload of stuff from there.
