Rambutan is one of my favourite fruit. My father planted two rambutan trees in our backyard. Growing up, we never bought rambutan, we just picked it up from our backyard.

i literally love her energy each times she tries something you new you can tell she genuinely just likes to try new things

that tum i believe is made from meat, skin or/and pig blood mix together with coconut and balinese spice (we call it base). wrap it in banana leaves, tighten it w/small bamboo stick and steam it until all cooked through.

there are different kind of tum, you can use just chicken, fish, or just vegetarian option from coconut (we call it tlengis). or sometimes unique one like w/bees or dragonfly (there are lots of dragonfly at rice field so my ancestor think that's good source of protein i guess 😅)

You should do Canadian indigenous food. To date I've yet to see a food YouTuber do a video on our traditional food that you can only find on native reservations

I honestly recommend you to try the desserts there, i went to Indonesia once and their desserts are sooo good. I’m not sure what the names are but i know i really loved one with a chewy, jelly/mochi like textured layer cakes, glutinous(?) rice balls and this shredded coconut crepe thing. Vague i know, but it was soooo good 🤤
