Lyrics

I know a place up in the air
It's not very far, I've been there before
I know a place, cool and warm
Cooling my blood, warming my heart
So come on down and walk with me, and tell me I'm your man
I only want to know a couple of things about you
Where were you when I was in so much trouble with myself
And do you still believe in me like I believe?
I've been thinking good-good things about you
Cool and warm, good-good things about you
If you've been thinking good-good things about me
So cool and warm when you put your arms around me
On my own, I know where to go
Living the lie, in your eyes
I know a place, cool and warm
Cooling my blood, warming my heart
So come on down and walk with me, and tell me I'm your man
Let's see if I can get it right with you this time around
I'm not afraid of losing you my little girl
But do you still believe in me like I believe?
I've been thinking good-good things about you
Cool and warm, good-good things about you
If you've been thinking good-good things about me
So cool and warm when you put your arms around me

Epitaph Records is an artist-first indie label founded in Los Angeles by Bad Religion guitarist, Brett Gurewitz. Early releases from a variety of punk heavyweights helped launch the 90s punk explosion. Along the way, Epitaph has grown and evolved creatively while sticking to its mission of helping real artists make great recordings on their own terms.

I love the idea someone hearing this as the first Drain song they hear. Then they check out the record & it rips their face off.

Descendents rip and Drain rips. I’m very hyped on this cover, wish they’d do an EP of Descendents covers.

They could do a whole old skool punk album and it would still bang!! The nod to the decedents paying there homage to a so-cal punk band is RESPECT!!

This cover got me to check out Descendants for the first time and I’m stoked for the opportunity to do that because of this band. The record is an absolute ripper. I seriously hope these guys keep shooting straight to the top.

This band can do no wrong! Love the fact that Cody and Sammy sing, like this band is so versatile and can do it all 🔥. Tim is such a cool dude too! I love that each member has their own unique style and are down to earth😤 drain forever 🫡

Good work! Drain show the kids that hardcore punk didn’t just kick off 2 years ago!

I've already been sold with "watch you burn" but to see a Descendents cover? Living proof was for sure up there with the best albums of its year
