Normally the budget size is typically 4-4.5th of GDP. With a budget size of just $575 Billion i doubt government is constantly misquoting GDP of $3.7 plus Trillion. Need to fact check actual size of quoted GDP.
No separate Fund allocation to Bihar for Msme employment generation within state Bihar's People need more trains but the allocated fund doesn't fulfill this requirement.
As far as Fund allocation to AP it is too small compared to needs of the state. Its such a small special package.
