Mind reading is a superpower I have always wanted. To know if a lady would accept a date would make life much easier.
As well as communication during the relationship, mind reading would help to solve misunderstandings.
Body language is a good idea to be observant with. When talking with a lady, I make sure I do not stand between her and a exit. I think, if she feels safe, she will stay longer.

I'm 100% unconcerned with what a woman is thinking as my experience has been that they don't even know what they're thinking or wanting half the time. Most of the questions you might have concerning "does she like me" "is she doing this or that behind me" are already answered by asking the question. It becomes more a game of you knowing and trusting yourself and instinct than knowing what they're thinking. When in doubt- go for broke. They respect blind confidence more than reserved, thoughtful self doubt.

Body language is important to read for Red flags as much as send Green ones. If she looks down while talking to you (not just a quick look away, a sustained one, 10+ seconds), she may be being disingenuous. If you are conversing and there is good eye contact, then suddenly during a story or explanation she drops eye contact and finishes a sentence or gives a whole paragraph while looking down, it's likely NOT true or highly exaggerated. If you see that when they are talking about their Ex or answering 'do you have a BF/spouse/relationship?', RED FLAG. Goes for men or women.
Positive body language will help you in the sense you aren't handing her an easy Neg on you, or she won't over analyze that you talked to her with your arms crossed so you don't like her. But obviously, don't do that.
In my experience, body language won't help move her in your direction much unless she's already attracted to you but can be useful with other tools. Your (Men's) body language can help avoid a Neg impression, but not to be relied on to gain a positive reaction 'on it's own'.
So, IMO, body language is a good tool to use, but only as part of a complete tool set. It is not going to win or lose you/her on it's own, but can tip a fairly balanced scale in your favor IF you use other tools concurrently like EYE CONTACT, modest touch, engaged conversation, presenting well (hygiene and clothing). Don't go into the scrum with only 1 weapon, use them all judiciously.
Body language is more useful for evaluating someones VERACITY, than gaining their interest IMO. Men should read her body language as much or more than present good body language. The body/feet pointed away from you is a biggy. It's a Neg. Consider that on an approach. Approach her head on, watch and see if she moves her body direction away. Likely a big sign for you to not spend much time there if she does.
