MAGA Rebels Against Elon Musk As He Continues To Censor And Silence Them
Показать описание
MAGA faithful are finding out very quickly that they are part of the actual club. Elon Musk continues to censor and silence his conservative critics on Twitter (X), and the MAGA crowd is furious that the “free speech absolutist” turned out to be a big fat liar on the issue of censorship. But there is little they can do about it since he owns the platform and can make the rules himself – just like conservatives do with politics. Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins explains what’s happening.

I'm sure by now, at least some point, probably over the last 10 years, you have seen somebody on social media share the old clip of comedian George Carlin with his line of, it's a big club and you ain't in it talking of course, about corporations, about American politics, the marriage between corporations and politics. I know you know the saying, right? Well, apparently the MAGA folks out there are finding out the hard way that it is in fact a big club and they are not in it right now. There is still a fight brewing and intensifying on Twitter or X as Elon Musk has rebranded it. But I'm always going to call it Twitter between Elon Musk and MAGA influencers because even though the so-called MAGA Civil War has disappeared from the headlines, it has not gone anywhere. It is still happening. And Elon Musk is still waging it by censoring and silencing and tampering with the algorithms of prominent conservative accounts he is doing to conservatives openly mockingly almost what conservatives complained for years that liberals were allegedly doing to them, even though it wasn't actually happening.
How's that for a bit of irony? Now, let me start by saying before I get into the details here, I got no sympathy for any of these people that are basically being shadow banned by Elon Musk. He's allowed to do it right. This is not a government entity. Your First Amendment, amendment freedom, excuse me, mean nothing on Twitter. You know the First Amendment applies to the government, not to some wackadoo running Twitter. So if he wants to ban you, he can ban you. If he wants to tamper with just your algorithm to make your tweets do poorly, he can do that and there's nothing you can do about it. But here's what's going on, Laura Loomer, who basically started this whole feud with Elon Musk posted on Twitter yesterday, quote, I asked X how this post could have 121 comments, and then all but seven of them are marked as spam.
So every single person who commented below on the Lawfare against Trump violated the platform manipulation and spam policy. That is a lie being used to censor you. Be the judge yourself and open the tweet and read the comments. There's nothing wrong with majority of the comments. I really hope this censorship ends soon. Musk, can you please review this issue with the probable spam? Majority of users are not in violation of policies. This is alarming. And one conservative with a blue check mark, you know, so they pay Elon Musk eight bucks a month to have a blue check. Responded to Luer saying your reply is also being marked as probable spam, which is hilarious. And then Luer responded, you're a
Premium user. You're paying for a service and being marked as spam. I wish we could get an honest reply about why this is happening to so many people on X. How are legit replies, spam. And another MAGA user responded, this is crazy. What happened to x? I had such high hopes for this platform. Another said, when I subscribe to premium to support Elon, to support Elon, to do the richest man on the planet, like wouldn't be there if he didn't have your specific $8 a month. Write more on. That's what you're suggesting. Okay? Just so we're clear on that, almost immediately, my account was silenced for a week with no explanation. And I had posted nothing even remotely controversial, tried to contact premium support. No response, no response at all. If you subscribe, expect the same.
