How To Take Bodybuilding Pictures By Yourself (Before & After Pics)
Показать описание
Taking Before Pictures of your bodybuilding progress can be intimidating. No one wants to take a picture of themselves when they are fat and out of shape.
And you certainly don't want to ask your friends or family to be taking pictures of you standing around in your underwear - that just feels weird for most people.
However, there is a way for you to take your bodybuilding progress pictures by yourself without having to ask anyone for help.
All you have to do is set your camera up on a tripod, on a counter top, or a stand of some sort and put it in video mode.
Then stand in front of the camera and hold all the positions that you want to take progress pics of (i.e. your before and after pictures).
Stand facing the front, facing the side, facing the rear, and then hit what ever other poses you want to hit - front double bicep, most muscular, abs, etc.
Then when you play the video back on your computer, just take screen shots of each position and save that as your progress pictures.
I'd recommend taking your progress pictures like this at least once a month so you can get a good visual overview of your progress (or lack there of) when it comes to building muscle, losing fat, and getting in shape.

BONUS TIP:

Make sure that use the same camera, same location, and same lighting each time your take your progress pictures so that you get consistent results each time.
Different cameras, lighting, locations, etc. may make you appear better or worse. So to see the actual physical changes in your body, be consistent with your progress pictures.
