This is getting to be a daily occurrence. People are calling about complaints regarding Vivint or they have run them off or they are 3 times of what the costs should be. Just look up Vivint Complaints on FaceBook and then find a reputable company. There are much better options.

I instantly regret doing this and want to cancel before 3 days is up. What I’m I in for? Caught me after a hard 12 hour day at work. Got no sleep for next day and my anxiety is through the roof. So mad at myself. So sick of solicitors coming by my house. Hope I can undo this nightmare.

lol im a return vivint customer lol yeah in my defence im a pretty technical person I never really had any issues after install and the system worked pretty great I only had issues with one door lock and yes I just gave up because never got someone to help me after they say the equipment is lifetime warranty I could never get ahold of anybody to help me with that door lock so I just gave up like an idiot I bought a new house I had the system installed again although now paying $9 a month for premium service they answer the phone every single time and most of the time can help but it's so sad that I have to pay $9 a month to get a person on the phone when needed yes my own fault lol

Vivint is a great system. Never had any issues. Family has had it for years and love it.

What's sad 😢 is as soon as the equipment gets paid for we went in debt for 5 yrs by then all equipment will be outdated & we have to replace the cameras & or equipmentso i was told AFTER...
My gripe is customer service is useless keeps saying unplug & reset wasn't that a dial up option ions ago👀
plus one of my new phones gives me a decoder error message & won't playback on a new Motorola phone I was told they are working on it...
I call BS but it works 99% of the time I don't have neighbors I live in a mtn area so I use them to see the wildlife & oh lord my door bell cam is always on high alert...
with the front porch light on it brings all kinds of bugs & bats eating them... I even caught a Poltergeist it's on this channel my other channel is in description ✌🏻✨️💃🌹❤️

I just ran off a very rude and pushy door to door salesdroid. I have a HUGE 'no soliciting' sign. I'm not surprised their service sucks.

For one in order to be a vivint customer you have to call vivint to activate the service. Two they would bring a tech out to activate it. It has a sim chip in it which I bet the customer declined the service and wanted to just use the thermostat which would work but having multiple units can be a problem because u would have to actually get up and set them manually like u would any other. Quit bashing the company who u know nothing about
