The thing that was supposed to shut down the world. I think it's pretty eerie that unbeknownst to all of us we were on the brink of experiencing our word actually shutting down. It still seems so unreal to think back on it all.

So, I made these ribs for me and my cousin on 4/5/20. I was able to find the exact cut of ribs here at my local Costco in Delaware. This recipe is amazing. Can't wait for an excuse to make them again. I did add a Tbsp of brown sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoon of five spice to my rub.
