In the rare occasion I frost cakes with chocolate icing, I only use this recipe because it's the only one where I can get it really smooth and crisp. I have a chocolate filling recipe that differs from this and I only use that one to fill my cakes. In this video, I will show you how I make this crusting Chocolate Buttercream and I'll also review how to ice the cake with this chocolate icing and get it really smooth!
