Exploring the Sussex Lanes with komoot & Liam Yates | Finding the UK's best routes

We met up with Liam Yates to explore the Sussex lanes and its dead-end climbs and shared our tips for plotting new routes and finding hidden gems.

During our ride Liam told us how he only got his first road bike at 18 and his Dad (Sean) once made him go to bed in full lycra, including heart rate monitor, so he'd be motivated to train in the morning.
