St. Paul's Cathedral welcomes you to the 10:30 am Holy Eucharist on the Third Sunday of Advent.
Guest Preacher
This year the Society of Biblical Literature and the American Academy of Religion are holding their joint convention in San Diego, and we are blessed to have two prominent scholars join us on Sunday November 24.
Our preacher at the morning services will be Dr David Shepherd. Dr Shepherd is Professor in Hebrew Bible/Old Testament and Fellow of Trinity College Dublin. He is the founding director of The Trinity Centre for Biblical Studies and the author of numerous books including most recently, King David, Innocent Blood, and Bloodguilt (Oxford University Press, 2024). He and his wife and three daughters live in Dublin and worship in Kill of the Grange Parish.
