The HoloMonitor® live cell assay for drug responses provides you not only with quantitative kinetic data on your cell cultures, a real-time dose-response curve, but also with 3D images and videos of your living cells - all in a non-invasive way.

The time-lapse videos were captured completely label-free with HoloMonitor. The colors were digitally added afterward. The time-lapse videos show L929 cells untreated and drug-treated with 10 µM etoposide.
