I’m always excited and interested in following the voyager one and two since they first went up in the 1970s. 👍🏻👏🏻

I was 6 years old when they launched. No one thought they would have lasted this long.
That's a testament to the engineers of yesterday.

Those voyager probes are pretty awesome in of themselves. Far outlasting their sell by dates, they are just so good

Maybe just keep the clock going. Helping us see how much faster time is outside the Sun's influence.

We should sent more missions like this once every ten years.

It's just unbelievable I can't believe they can't pull plasma from the air around Voyager to power it

I love space science and technology and seeing the Voyager reach into the depths of space but if this was designed over 20 years ago why aren't we able to make a construct a newer version that can go further faster with more instruments??

Voyager 1 and 2 are remarkable spaces probes!
They're primary mission is to explore our Milky Way for eternity. 😮

So when do you guys cook to the chase and tell us what you found.

Maybe this a precursor to make a new voyager equivalent? Something like this was bound to happen to conserve power… What I’m wondering is why now?

Like what's instruments... give specifics

Even I won’t continue into the 2030’s as my batteries are wearing out. I’m thinking of what systems to shut down to conserve energy that haven’t shut down already like my romance detection probe.

This is the most profitable space investment per kilomètres in history.

I think of the Star Trek movie where Voyager went through a black hole and came back to learn the human experience. Too bad it has to kidnap a human to do it

Its so sad that voyager 1 and 2 cant give information about the spacecrafts discovery if the power runs out.
Imagine in the future, voyager 1/2 or other spacecrafts discovers aliens.
