This is our recipe for cauli cheese pasta bake. This pasta bake is cheesy, gooey, melty and totally delicious.

This pasta bake is super easy to make, with minimal ingredients and cook time! Simply put your cauli and pasta on to cook whilst you make your cheese sauce.

This cheese sauce is super gooey, you wouldn't know it's vegan! Once your sauce is made, mix it in with your cooked pasta and cauliflower. Layer it in a baking tin and pop it in the oven, make sure to use breadcrumbs on top for that added crunch!

Bring your cauli cheese pasta bake out the oven and serve straight away. We like to serve ours with a little side salad.

Just made this bad boy. Didn’t have enough pasta so added asparagus and cherry tomatoes to bulk it out. Tasted amazing. Well done Bosh another great recipe.

Permit me to be the contrarian here, how much sodium is in this dish per serving? I am leery of vegetarian butter and cheese in general due to their very high sodium content. I will put vegetarian sausage in the high-sodium category too.
