Hi, very good tutorial. Monophonic orchestration is a good place to start when you're first learning. I would be very interested in how your melody would sound in polyphonic or homophonic orchestration.

Thankyou.. Really good and informative video. Could have also shared about the negative track delays that were set up in the long patches!! -150 ms for longs as far as I could see 😊

Very nice use of notes 🙂
Beautiful progressions. Well done.
I’m new to orchestral composing so will add the instrument layout to my template 🙂

Thanks for your tutorial, very informative! I was also thinking about getting the Appassionata Strings. I think layering them with the BBCSO will sound amazing!

Great melody! Just try to use less parallel motion. Strings should move in opposite directions to the bass line when possibile. Use some counterpoint inside the voices to try create more movement inside the chords. Parellel motion is great in some epic scenarios, but it sounds a bit boring and scholar otherwise. :)

21:36 The "M" mix, that's just "Tree" in the newer version of the library?

Laying always sounds better unless you’re going for a chamber vibe😊

Weißt du, was ich meine? ...
