if you go towards the left side after you jump off the platform, it takes you straight into the fort skipping the prison. Be prepared to hit a d20 roll

I was looking for a way to get back into the city. I messed up investigate the murders quest and now it is pretty weird. I had to go back to this part of the city to talk to Valeria and find the librarian slaughtered. Now I have to go back to lower city to elfsong tavern to continue the murders investigation.

but how do i get the quest to tell me to go there ? To playthroughs already and missed it both times haha.
