That guy at the end was warned. The horse had his/her ears flat back and advanced confidently toward the biker. He was asking for it even though he didn't realize it. The horse isn't the "crazy" one; he/she was just teaching the human a fair lesson (notice the horse just gave one swift bite).

On the last video, it was obvious that the horse was showing signs for the guys to back off. Don't approach horses if u don't know how to read their body language. If the horse pinned their ears and started to walk toward u, u have to respond the first time the horse asks u to back away or ur asking for a bite
