I think I may have gone too far with modulator adjustment car shifts fine part throttle but at wot in d it won't catch second until I lift off the throttle

Good video but the little edit, vacuum modulators don’t determine shift point. The modulator determines softness or hardness of the shift. The governor in the tail housing determines shift point.

what i have been trying to figure out is i have two 89 model trucks chevys and one is half ton other is 3/4. difference is one is 700r4 other is turbo 400 but i compared dipsticks they are the same??? seems odd to me.
