But i have a question.
How to prevent your excel apps from sending same email response to the data when it is refresh since everything run automatically?, ,
I mean if we add new data in google form and refresh the query, , it will change the whole data and there's high chance the email response send the same email to previous data, ,

Such a good video thank you so much! I was curious that if there was sensitive information would you be able to do it this way? I'm not to sure who can query the results when you publish it to the web. If anyone knows i'd be extremely grateful!

By the way, no Macro requeir as you can use Power Query to pull the Data into Power Query Editor and make manipulation on data and pass it into Power Pivot for more options...

I want to use this on a weekly basis to create a graph showing a winner voted for by people!

Is there a way to delete responses on google forms and have that update in excel?

So far when I delete all responses the old ones stay in excel and I have to create a new sheets for the following weeks results

I’d like to keep it all as one if possible

Hello ! It seemed to be very nice... But I use a corporate account and the web-publication is limited to "Corporate". In Excel, I used obviously the same account to retrieve the publication. But the result is not the data included in the google sheet, but something like a request to log in...

What about data that I do not want visible to the public? When I hit publish to web, it says that it makes the data visible to anyone but I am dealing with personal information, is it possible to do this and keep the data private?

I need some help, please. I am in Mexico and use Spanish, for some reason when I bring the data over, into excel all of de special character like ñ, Ñ, á, é, í, ó, ú pass like ñ, á, á... I am thinking on a macro to replace the characters there is consistency on the characters, but is there a way to correct this in the properties of the connection? or options? Thanks. my Excel is in English, and the code.. excel 2016
