I agree with 1, 4, and 5.

On 2, I would add an exception for trustworthy people who, after prayer and talking to God, you discern can help you realize your dreams or direct you towards someone who can. After all, no one realizes his/her dreams in a vacuum.

On 3, I would add except with (a) a trusted, well-qualified mental health professional who has the ability to provide you with skills for coping with or resolving your struggles, or (b) a trusted friend/relative with a history of supporting you through past struggles and allowing you to support her/him through theirs.

Also just to add to the list. Never share any fears or phobias, as they can be used against you. And don't share doubts about GOD, as they can discourage other people. These things need to be resolved in prayer.
