Man shot in the head inside Manhattan music studio: NYPD

A 26-year-old man was shot in the head inside The Music Building in Manhattan overnight Friday, according to the NYPD.

Studio spaces are not all rented monthly. Some have yearly leases. I know because I used to have a studio in that building, and I rented yearly.
But I had an actual recording studio. Now I believe its just mostly open space for rehearsals of entire bands and music dancers for concerts renting there. Something like S.I.R. Studios.
Back in my time when I had an actual music recording studio in that building, everything was great and there were never problems like this.
Its only when rappers started to come around when things started to get a bit crazy including fights in the hallways and outside in front of the building.
When actual real musicians were coming around and when there was absolutely no rap music groups, that building was peaceful and everyone got along.
I moved my recording studio out of that building, once more rappers started coming around wreaking havoc in that building. Ever since then, things started to down hill for that building.
