Man shot in the head on Brooklyn subway platform; 1 in custody

It happened at around 4:46 p.m. on the northbound platform of the A/C line at the Hoyt-Schermerhorn station. CBS New York's Lori Bordonaro reports.

When I lived and worked in Manhattan, in the early 2000s, getting on the train was a major relief. I always felt good that I was finally on my way home. Sometimes, I had to move out of the way if someone was dancing/performing on the train, but I never worried about crime. It was such a privilege to live and work in Manhattan during that time period. My how things have changed!
