You can get the golden carrots from the villagers by trading so no farms needed just emeralds and villagers

Also worth mentioning, you can easily get tons of gold carrots with master-level farmer villagers.

Chorus Fruit can be still be eaten with a full hunger bar, meaning you can effectively completely fill up your saturation bar as long as you have enough.

The enchanted golden apple use to be able to craft with 8 gold block and 1 apple so back then the enchanted golden apple is the best food

The enchanted golden apple is still better, that's why it's so rare. Golden carrots are the most efficient.

Or an emerald farm and buy heaps of them from your villager trading hall farmers 😊

Golden carrots also can be traded with villagers, it's very useful having an easy way to get emeralds (raid farm, any farm that gives things to trade for emeralds)

I also just want to mention, you can trade for some with a Master level Farmer Villager too. So if you have a Raid farm or a way to get lots of emeralds, that is a way, plus you get some exp too !

Or you can just but the golden carrots whole sale from a farmer villager.

You can have plenty of cooked beef if you carry a fire aspect sword and kill every cow you see.

Also, you can get plenty of enchanted gapples from either the trial vaults or the ominous vaults.
