As a "cradle" Catholic I wasn't aware of the abstaining from meat or making another sacrifice on Fridays during non-Lenten times until several months ago. I was shocked, and we have made the change in our family. Thanks for another great video.

we were raised in a catholic home where we would never be caught eating meat on a friday, , but now I always try to do some type of penance if I forget and eat a sandwich or something else..sometimes I just pray an extra
