I have noticed that not many people show how to configure the router or the Layer 3 Switch to be a DHCP Server.
The only thing that video lacked was showing how to make the L3 Switch to also be the DHC Server of the network

Question is why enabled int vlan 10, 20, 30 on all the access switches? It could be just vlan 10, 20, 30 and assigned edge devices but why int vlan 10, 20, 30 on access switches when we don't assign then Any reasons for it? Int vlan 10, 20, 30 should be defined on layer3 switch but why on

thank you for this. The CCNA volumes from cisco press do a bad job on this topic. I know this does not directly relate to the video, but I can't use the web browser in the simulation or ping the routers from the PCs. How would you set the PCS and routers up to get to the internet using a web browser?

i have question, is it really necessary to enable interface vlan on the access switch that is not in use? Here the management is VLAN 99 and it should be the only activated interface vlan on the remote switches.

Why use 3 switches? I mean why cant just connect the two switches directly to the L3 switch? Please give reason why?

im confused on the vlan 50. why did it become the trunk vlan intead of vlan 99?

Is it necessary to create additional "interface vlan (10, 20 or 30)" on each L2 switch? Couldn't recall this from CCNA course. And how did you set up trunk port on MLS switch, there was no configuration, but nevertheless it shows that port is operating in trunk mode, was it done automatically after creating vlan interfaces?

Hey thanks for the videos its pretty much helping, i have a probleme. I have this network lan1(with different vlan) => switch => router => router => switch => lan2, i configure an ospf routage on routers but the ping does not work between the same vlan on different lan
