Follow along with this Sunday morning affirmation meditation to set the tone for your day.

Welcome to our Sunday morning affirmation meditation! This is a simple, effective and quick 5 minute guided meditation suitable for all experience levels. This is ideal to do AFTER your Sunday morning yoga practice to set your intention for the day ahead.

Our affirmation today is: I allow myself to slow down and rest deeply.

The 7-Day Morning Yoga Challenge is 100% free and will offer you a daily 15 minute morning yoga class followed by a simple 5 minute meditation. They are suitable for all experience levels and will help you set the tone for the day ahead through mindfulness and movement. Enjoy!

The whole week was just gorgeous. 15 mins of activity and a 5 minute meditation is exactly right for me; I can fit that in my day and it makes a huge difference. Thank you so much 🙏

My 81 year old husband and I, 70 years old have been doing your seven day challenge for over a year now. We also started about 3 months ago to include the five minute meditation. We thought maybe we should expand but haven't found exactly the right next step which isn't too much for us. So we continue and feel like we're BFF because we spend 20 minutes with you six days a week.:)))) WE SO THOROUGHLY ENJOY YOUR PROGRAM

Last year because of your videos I got in the habit of doing yoga every day. Over the holiday period I stopped. This came at the perfect time as a low commitment challenge ("its only seven days! You can do that... ") to jump back into daily practice. Now its the final day and im ready to keep going. This was exactly what I needed, thank you. 🙏 You're a gem 😌🌻

We love this 7 day series. My husband and I do it (almost) every day as soon as we get up and have done this for several years now! We've even kept it going when away in our caravan! Please could you do another series like this as more variety would be even better. Perhaps, as someone else said, make it a 30 day one.

As a person who suffers from depression and does not find the time or the energy to even wake up from bed, this 7 day challenge has changed my days. The yoga flows are exactly what I need to feel energized and balanced each morning and the 5 minute meditation is like the cherry on top. I’m really thankful for your time in creating these videos, I will forever support free yoga on the internet.

Thank you for this challenge! I liked doing the flows before the meditations, moving the body first somehow prepares me for the meditation afterwards and is the order I usually do daily. I loved the meditations; using the affirmations but also practicing on clearing the mind. Very helpful. Thank you for taking the time to put this challenge together. Love your channel so much. I’ve been kicking myself a lot lately for not keeping up with my intention to do this daily along with meditation. I woke up this morning with the sudden urge to do some yoga. I open YouTube type “yoga” and the first option that catches my eye is “yoga with Kassandra”. My name is Kassandra. No coincidences haha. You’ve gained yourself a new sub. I’m late to the challenge but intend on starting from the beginning tomorrow. Thank you, I found your video to be very relaxing and the music selection was wonderful.
