Hunger Games HISHE - Bonus Scene

The tree scene was originally intended to be part of the rapid fight sequence of our Hunger Games HISHE, but turned out way too lengthy. It was removed for pacing but we didn't want to keep it hidden. Here is the completed scene intended to point out how the Careers don't quite see obvious opportunities when it comes to getting Katniss out of her tree.

I just realized HISHE stands for how it should have ended...now I feel like an idiot.

I asked my mom about this. She said that they probably don't want to waste arrows or hurt them selves. She also said that it was a big tree and you would need a chainsaw to cut it down, and she also said that trees dont really burn the way that you would think. When I told her about the camping scene, she had no choice but to agree with me.

This will sound weird but remember when katniss was in in the tree and looked at that camera that was inside tree...like in the real movie and remember how in the fire scene everything is controlled by the game people (Seneca said "can you give me a tree right there" then it fell) well that must mean that these trees are not totally real so if they tried to cut it down wouldn't that wreck that power system in the game room...just a theory :)
