I can't figure out how to use the hand held vacuum piece. Anytime I turn on my power & try to use it doesn't suck in the air it just gently pushes it out.

Just got this and the hose is SO HARD to get out to use the tools! I thought this would show how to remove to use it but it didn’t. Such an inconvenience!

Just bought one and it is already spitting out dirt not sucking it up. Just recently changed the bag and now there is no suction ? Help?!?

Why is the air blowing in the front. The dust is going in and out all over the place.

Just bought my vacuum with bags and I turned it on the is air pushing out in front but vacuuming where it is suppose to. Why is that happening? . That’s a brand new Vac and it was on clearance and the very last one.

My mom just gave me hers so I’m not familiar with this vacuum cleaner I KNOW how to use one, can anybody ANYBODY please tell how the hell you click down to get the dang front panel open?!?! I have pulled firmly, hard, and really hard and nothing pops open, makes a sound like opening. No wonder she gave this piece of %#£?!%!
