To correct this plow why don't they have a cap that you can put on it to prevent that dirt from flying up? Huge flaw!

It has a big design flaw:
when you detach the hose from the bottom to use the extension wand for stairs, etc, there's NO way you can stop the brush roller in the main part of the vacuum :-(

When I detach the hose from the bottom to use the extension wand for stairs, etc, all the dust shoots up through the open hose attachment hole at the bottom. There doesn't seem to be a piece to block off or plug this hole, so I don't know how to stop this. Also, the motor for the brush roller in the main part of the vacuum won't shut off when I use the hose extension attachments on their own. How do I switch the function over so that all the suction comes from the extension wand and the bottom portion of the vacuum shuts off?

Hey Bissell. I've used my vacumme next to no times and am already having allot of issus. the hose has a good amount of suction. However the brussels in the main end are not spinning and theres next to no suction?

When I use the pet turbo brush this lot. I took the hose off of is blowing dust out the top how do I prevent that?

My turbo attachment doesn't spin when I use it on furniture or the stairs. It does when it's not being applied to anything. Why is this? It's not clogged. It's new and hardly been used.

im thinking about taking the filter out because I think it could burn the motor out, also when I used the extension on the couch the motor started burning and making a smell???

Why does the dirt got the hose and not the cup and clogging it ?

Does the height adjustment knob actually adjust the height or is it there for looks? It doesn't seem to do anything. I turned the vacuum over, and it isn't connected to anything. There is a tab sticking up, but it's only there to keep the knob from turning all the way around. And the suggestion you gave for the hose extension hole is very bad.

The brush kept turning while I was using the pet power brush and melted red on my carpet while doing stairs this really sucks
