That knife spoon fork thing = honestly everyone, I wouldn't begin to know how to rate something like that. I mean, you can give them points for originality, I guess? But also, as a doctor shouldn't they know that a knife in the mouth isn't the best idea? Idk, I'm not an innovator, anyway, I'm going to go back to eating more of that pear crisp.
