In today's video I will show you how to make Bakery style Eggless Double Chocolate muffins. We can easily make it at home in kadhai without using oven. This is very easy recipe and the cake comes out super spongy and soft like cotton as you can see in the video. Kids love this cake.

~INGREDIENTS~

Measuring cups-
1 cup- 200ml
1/2 cup- 100ml
1/4 cup- 50ml

For 8 muffins

All purpose flour or maida- 1 cup
Cocoa Powder- 1/4 cup
Powdered sugar- 3/4 cup
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
Refined oil- 1/4 cup
Milk- 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence- 1/2tsp
Salt- 1/4tsp
Lemon juice- 1tsp
Choco chips- 2 tbsp + for decoration
