Grew up in home that after age eight no music, no radio . We did not have a tv but that was not going to happen either. Of course my two older brothers snuck in a transistor radio. Eventually I grew up! Cat Stevens was so HUGE for me...eight track player and tapes purchased my babysitting...50 cents an hour for three children..later working in cafe..spent my money to hear music. Cat Stevens always top of list.... Still more than fifty years....all my love

Jzero is still one of the happiest tunes in my head even though when I tried to dance to it I couldn't keep rhythm to save my life. Loved this album since I first heard it--and the illos were adorable. I so wanted the children's book that never came out.

Got this lovely album at 15 remember going to the record store and waiting for the return bus to listen and on arriving home played this GREAT musical work was transported to Heaven and still am what a mini masterpiece artwork story music and all ! Thank you for sharing all the best !

Brilliant, underrated album. One of my favorites from you. The first time I listened to it, it took me for surprise. I was a young fan, and only had negative online reviews to go off of before experiencing it. When I finally found numbers at my local record store, I was simply just excited to get closer to completing my Cat record collection. I went on to play the album on repeat for the next several days, falling in love with it. Thank you Yusuf.

I wish there were more copies of this wonderful album (CD) & artwork out there. Some are making a mint, charging up to hundreds of dollars for a single copy. I'd love to see it re-released to the many loyal Yusuf Cat Stevens fans. I'll be playing it here, of course, forever hopeful. :-)
