This unplugged set was a concert A-ha did in honor of two young girls, 8 and 10 years old who got raped and murdered in Norway. The parents wanted to hold a benefit concert in order to help the local hospital to get new equipment and A-ha was one of many artists who contributed.

Yes summer moved on has the longest recorded note according to the world records. Mortens voice soars and has a beautiful tone melancholy tones that grips your heart and he almost always moves me to tears. Everytime i see him live its one tear after another. The man who plays the piano, Magne Furuholmen, made as a 15-year-old one of the world's most famous keyboard riffs, which would later become the world hit "Take on me", which brought these guys from a miserable life in London (where they lived in search for success) to world mega stars. Guitarist Paul Waaktaar Savoy is multi-talented, including a great songwriter. The singer, Morten Harket sings straight to your soul, and the other members of the band have always written music where they have pushed his boundaries in both outer edges. The early "Train of thought" shows the qualities of his voice in a deeper tone, otherwise he is known for his falsetto, which is remarkably good. The band have 10 albums with wonderful music, almost every song is worth listening to, including several hits through the years. "Take on me", "The sun always shines on TV", "Stay on these roads", the great cover of Everly Brothers "Crying in the rain", "Manhattan Skyline" and many more from the early years and "Summer moved on", "Foot of the mountain" and "Cast in steel" among others from later in their career.

aha come from Oslo, Norway. I been an aha fan since take on me in 1985 i was 16 then i’m 53 now and still a fan. Aha are a very underrated and unappreciated band with a huge back catalogue each song is different to the last. Summer moved on has the longest note held in it and is in the guinness book of records. Of course well known for Take on Me. Morten Harket is a very good singer. Morten and the other 2 band members who are Magne and Pal all made the move from their native Norway to live and work in London.

A-ha is one of the best Bands in the World and Morten Harket one of the best Vocals. Everyone knows the Song Take on Me, it has more then 1 billion views in between. It was used for movies, series and were covered from many other bands. Also the a-ha videos are masterpieces.
