Read the details like: "how is the second house bigger than the first?"... then wow. Also the connection between the structures...wow. That took a lot of planning and design. Great showing and happy belated birthday Enes!

By far the coolest home you’ve toured.

Most of the “Beverly Hills”
houses we see are amazing. But they don’t feel like a home. They feel more like a statement of how much money you have. I certainly wouldn’t want to raise a kid in those types of homes. But this place, wow, what a beautiful space and how awesome would it be to grow up at this house.

The Knoll House mansion is EVERYTHING. I love the traditional flare, the fireplaces, the separate rooms like the living and dining the library the pub. The primary bedroom and the bathrooms are just leaving me speechless they are perfect. The neutral colors are sleek and bright. That staircase, the kitchen is breathtaking and classic. The outdoor living spaces and landscaping are so picturesque. The bunker building is one of a kind. I could have watched an hour and a half video on this property easily, I wanted it to go on and on (I know you don't have the time). Well, Enes, Mikey I'm so glad you all presented this property. Sensational craftsmanship. It's my fav it's fantabulous!

I’m so glad to see they kept a lot of the original finishes and floors in this house. It’s beautiful. That entertainment space is insane.

An hour of this would be okay. I would love to see every detail of this beautiful property!

I still think you should have done a full tour, even if it is an hour it doesn't matter. You could either do a two part video or one big video. Something you should have done with the one. This looks like a unique house, that underground bunker was something different and great that I'm surprised other homes in LA haven't done with all that lot space they have

This house feels very cozy for it's enormous size, other than many of the modern homes. 🤗

What an amazing estate! I mean the entertainment building does very much look like a commerical building from the 1970s - it would need some remodelling work too. But it's totally unique. Imagine inviting people round who didn't know about it - they'd be blown away.

I really like this one. Because they sympathetically brought it up to modern living standards without losing the original character of the house.

Now, this one was special!
The space, the potential.
I love having separate rooms, it makes the house not feel like one big open warehouse. The original features were stunning.
The "English" pub needed a few more beers on tap, plus a good bitter or two. If I lived in LA, I would like the pub, it would help with being homesick.
One of my favourite "normal" houses you have toured.

Wow. The second master bath with all that black and white marble is just absolutely beautiful. Obviously the first bath is more spacious and has more amenities but the black and white contrasting marble on the second just looks so incredible!

You guys are the MOST through real estate videographers. BUT…. I feel like you guys are thinking wrong, I personally am not bothered if the video is 45 minutes or a hour long. The main reason we watch is because we like the amount of details you go through, please don’t change your format. You guys have always made extremely detailed videos of homes. Don’t jip us, if you need to make a long video believe me it’s fine. .

Thank you so much for an amazing tour 🙏🏻💕. Please show us more of this kind of homes, classic, charming with a lot of history and cozy details. The modern homes will never beat this kind of homes 😉. Thanks a lot! I wish you all the best 🙏🏻💞💞💞

Finally, a traditional home. I've always liked traditional as opposed to modern architecture.

Wow.The 'Little Old Lady From Pasadena' had allot more than a fast car.Well done team, and excellent tour, as always, Enes and Mikey.A belated Happy Birthday Enes.(The 'underground railroad' sound effect was a nice touch to the 'speakeasy'style tunnel)

Unreal property! Classic but modern what a unique property. You guys always seem to find them! So many amazing and unique features throughout! And a fortress with a tiki bar and secret underground elevator and passage way?!!! Mind blown!
