Thanks! Great info ! The dealership didn't reset it when I had them do (first free) oil change a little early. Light came on 1000 miles after it was there. Now the system is a little off sync with oil change times but no big deal. I do them by mileage on the odometer anyway. Anyway I got the light turned off. Super!

On the Mazda 3 2016, I had to reset it on the center display using the knob below the shifter

This didn't work for me. You reset it through the maintanace option in the Applications folder.

Lol - the proper way is in the systems App maintenance area. The place where it shows you all your maintenance dates schedules.
