I work part time as a personal trainer and have been for since 2004. I often get clients that are coming to me later in life and I have had great success with them. This man is an inspiration that I can show them. I always tell them that it is not the weight you lift but the consistency of your effort.

Great stuff! Well said - I totally agree! I'm 62 and train 6 days a week - martial arts in the mornings and weight training in the afternoons.

This man is smart, its part of his daily routine, he looks amazing, I can see him doing this for another 10 years or more. I train older adults and have done for 5 years. The average age of my guys is 74, since Covid we have been doing Zoom Online training, they all bought a Set of bands and a door anchor. We focus on four areas Strength, Mobility, Balance, and Core strength. Ageing is a choice, we have all decided to age WELL.

I'm 70 years old I was In excellent shape till 69 years old then i had a stroke, prostate surgery and kidney operation but I'm slowly working out don't know how long I have but I'm not giving up!
