I work at this restaurant and I live two blocks away. This is NOT normal for this neighborhood. We had a packed house of old folks enjoying a meal after church. Those people have to all be greatly affected by this. I'd say there were about 120 people in the restaurant and tent and the employees. All of us are greatly affected.
