My Hot Shabbat #1: Potato Kugel!!

Today's video is me cooking a side for my shabbat meal: Potato Kugel!!!

3/4 cups and 2 Tbs vegetable oil
1-2 Visalia onions
3-4 eggs
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons pepper

food processor
pyrex baking dish
bowls and measuring cups & spoons

If you mix the eggs into the potato and onion mixture and then pour in the hot oil you'll get scrambled eggs.
