BMW E36 318is K&N 57i air induction kit

Hi this is my BMW E36 318is '94

currently undergoing restoration and upgrades/modifications... so far paintwork has been cleaned up and waxed untill rust is treated and resprayed then detailing will go underway, i have also added m tech side mouldings and smoked indicators

my intentions are to:
add m3 skirts, LED angel eyes, stainless steel exhaust to manifold (sportex backbox) upgrade suspension, shocks and bushes, replace wheels for bbs rc041/042, replace cloth interior for mtech leather...

This vid is just of the K&N 57i CAI that i have recently installed... massive improvement in sound and response...easy and cheap, great outcome ;)

more to come of the transforming of this e36 :) enjoy :)

That C.I.A. mod results in about 5kw and 10nm torque less at the wheels...better off with a k&n filter in the stock air box.

No i decided to go for the M3 e46. Going to make a channel soon. Just waiting to get my induction kit fixed.

Just changed my stock exhaust to a cat back and boy does it sound good! Waiting to put my induction kit on and get my car remapped. You live in london?

what did you do to support the mass airflow sensor?

Does not really sound like you got much of a growl. I just bought an K&N Induction kit, now i'm thinking was it worth £300
