Honda TPS calibration

In this video I will show you how to calibrate the TPS simply by removing or loosening two bolts on the TPS and using a voltmeter to measure the voltage as you make adjustments to the sensor.

Thank you sir. I needed a refresher and will use a paperclip going forward instead of jamming my prongs into the backside. I found that 0.48 gives me a high idle. I wonder why this is. Brand new IACV too.

Thank you very much for the video.. I have a 2003 model K20 Accord and I set the tps value to 0.5, it was working with a little vibration when the gear was in D position. My friend also has a 2005 model of the same vehicle. The factory tps value was 0.7, why is this so? I also set the tps to 0.7 in my own vehicle, the transmission makes a slight knock when slowing down.. What is the original factory value?

I have K24A3 with eletrical throttle body...cl9 2005. procudere or not? Because this on video is throttle body with medal wire not with app sensor

Good morning boss, my car is a Honda Fit 08 cvt, I cleaned the TBI, but now it's shaking when I put on the reverse with an AC on, I put the multimeter on TPS and it is reading 0.51 v closed and 4.58 open. Do you think it good ?

The screws are JIS or Japan Industry Standard, not Phillips. Buy the correct screwdriver, and things will go better.

So today I literally watcher this video 10 times or more. When I get it set to 0.50 I can't get it to say 4.50 when the throttle is open all the way. It's impossible. I'm wondering is there a way to loosen the pull lever to get some more space .. when I open the throttle all the way it like 3.7 or 3.8
