This was a refreshing look at the lab grown diamonds. They definitely still cost a lot but it's still early days for the technology and I hope in the next 10-20 years they get cheaper and cheaper!

I would do lab grown with gold for everyday wear and when it comes to marriage or special gift I would do earth grown for value and passing down to family! 💯

I upgraded (or downgraded) my wifes natural to lab grown and she loves it. Also, it's GIA D VVS1 Excellent so not only is it bigger for less but the specs are notably better.

For something to keep, lab grown all the way. For value retention I feel natural will be better because of the limted supply even if demand is impacted by the lab grown market. With lab grown having infinite supply and increasing demand the value will likely continue to fall, possibly to the point that natural becomes favored again for the connection to higher value.
