Backpacked all over the world and the superstitions are the only place that I wish I had eyes all the way around my head.
Felt like I was always being watched, and not by animals or people.
Hard to describe it, it was like the mountains themselves were watching your every move and they do their best to kick you out.
One range I’d gladly not visit again sadly as it is beautiful.

If ya go make sure you are dressed for it and bring more water than you’d think. Dehydration will kill you faster than anything else. Even on a quick hike

Great video

Got really concerned at 1:53:00 is when i noticed it. All the wildlife fell silent, literally 10 minutes before the frogs were croaking and the bugs singing then all of a sudden silence. Means there's something big in the area or a predator. Be careful out there and always carry. Not only do these things exist but we must not forget about the wildlife thats just as dangerous as this stuff. Im loving these vids on haunted land scapes keep it up!

Almost 10 years ago before I knew any history of the Superstitions, I climbed up to the Flat Iron. I saw dozens of hikers up the entire trail, but once I reached the vast ledge area to rest, I noticed I was completely alone. I remember eating my beef jerky and it feeling so eerily quiet and a sense that someone would come up on me as soon as I turned around. I was very uncomfortable but I focused more on the reward of the view. Mind you, I’m standing just yards away from a 2000’ cliff so the intrusive thoughts were definitely there. But I remember how overwhelming it was, especially for me not being bothered by heights. I never really thought about it until now, but it makes me wonder—as soon as I dropped 100’ feet back onto the trail, I remember dozens of people hiking by me again like previous, all 4 or 5 miles back to my truck. Never felt that way on any other hikes.

Love you Colin I'm proud of you overcoming your addiction and pushing forward. I love your ghost hunts. I've been waiting for this video to come out because like you said not many people ghost hunt those mountains. Your actually the first one I've seen do it. And you've got to give it up to Mom and Dad for sticking with you on this ghost hunt and your friend. Absolutely amazing. Love it can't wait for more bro. Love you

That's crazy. I'm Navajo and have dealt with witches & skinwalkers. I have an aunt who was from the Cameron/grand canyon area who is an active witch who apparently can skinwalk. It's a relative by marriage who hates me and my mother and has tried to send skinwalkers after me which I was able to chase and stand up to thanks to my grandmother being a medicine woman/shawman. Those things are very real and can kill people. The 2 I've chased caused my grandfather to have seizures where he later died shortly after. My uncle in that same house was targeted and collapsed passing away months after my grandfather. After ceremonies and hand trimmings we came to find out it was his sister from Red Lake, Arizona who was a witch and the skinwalkers I chased. They showed up exactly 3 days after I chased them and tried to enter my grandmother's home stead. Mind you I have never met these people in my entire life and they randomly showed up. They were after a grazing permit my grandfather owned which was like cattle rights to a lot of land that would probably be worth thousands if sold. The skinwalker I chased, his sister, I threw rocks at and ran after full speed to a Russian Olive tree in Tuba City, AZ near the Public School bus yard. I was carrying a metal crow bar from my S-10 truck and swore I had the fucker cornered. Then all of a sudden this 3 foot jack rabbit comes hopping out of the same area I cornered it and hops off. I had never seen a jack rabbit like that my whole life living ther. My friend who witnessed it was full Navajo came walking down after that and said he froze up and couldn't explain what happened. When we walked back up the hill to my grandmother's house an ambulance pulls up and my grandfather is being wheeled off on a stretcher having seizures. I hate skinwalkers with a passion and have chased them 3-4 times. I've tried to kill them but they always run and jump into bushes when I get close. They use these flute like whistles to communicate monotone. The one I did see under a streetlight was a figure of a man. Body was covered in white sand paint and wore a loin cloth. Hair was long covering its face. They run super fast even at sprinting I couldn't catch them and they can jump over 5 foot fences in 1 leap. They also could run backwards and change direction instantly without a pivot. For the most part that sister of my grandfather who I chased in skinwalker form is probably dead by now from old age, but my aunt who now lives in Tucson is still active. I have to deal with her shit all the time and her ghost way spirits she tries to send and coyotes/owls. She doesn't dare to face me physically as a skinwalker because I swore I'd kill her even if I die as well so she uses witchcraft and the ghost way to try and harm me. I'm 40 yrs old now so I could care less about taboo or exposing these witches. They tried to kill off my family and I stood up. They sacrifice their loved ones to gain power almost like a pact with the dark one.

I commented on your 1st vid in this series, but I grew up in Tucson, Az near the pascua yaqui tribe, and as a child me and my sister encountered the little people 2x. The first time we just saw them walking into a tree, the second time, they basically chased is into an RV and scared us for about 20 min. I remember it clear as day, so does my sister! I was maybe 10, I'm now 33 & still remember this encounter...

From all the skinwalker and similar stories, it sounds like their goal is always to get someone alone in order to prey on them. It feels like they can't do it when you're in a group. It makes me wonder if they can't appear unless your perception is altered. It feels like if I were in the woods alone and I sensed one of these things, I could see it the way I wouldn't with someone else. That's how it feels...

My dad used to hunt in those mountains (back in the 70s the west was still wild) . I grew up hearing crazy stories of them. That's probably why I LOVE GHOST HUNTING! Also why I give you props for going in there. I could feel the energy from the base of the mountain in broad daylight. I wasn't about to go up. Had to wait for daylight to finish watching it because you creeped me tf out.

I think its cool that you started this one off with the interview with they same guy as 5 years ago. Noone talks about this, but why aren't we noticing more, and talking about Colin's movie/documentary/editing skills?! Everything is perfect! The Suttle background music when they are interviewing the guy, the intro. The outro, and the outcome of the whole video is just complete talent. Not just anyone could do that!!! Also, I was watching some of their older videos. And found out Colin can even SING!? Very well! So good in fact, that I tried to find the song and add it to my Playlist. But couldn't find it. It was a song about new Orleans for a Louisiana video they did I think years ago. Anyway.. just thought I'd try and let him know that his talents are not going unnoticed!!! Best channel ever❤
