Students arrested, campus police chief hospitalized at Thursday’s PSU protest

During the event, PSU president Ann Cudd said in a statement that physical force had to be used against the students and that at some point, chief of campus police Willie Halliburton had to be taken to the hospital after suffering a “medical emergency.” No other information about the emergency was given.
