I personally like Roserade's Shield entry: "The poison in its right hand is quick acting. The poison in its left hand is slow acting. Both are life threatening."

I feel like Drapion's entry about being afraid of Hippowdon makes even more sense when you consider that, as a Poison/Dark type, it's only weak to Ground.

Here's one:
Cofagrigus's Sword dex entry says: " It's body is made out of pure gold. *People say it no longer remembers that it one was human* "
This connects really well to all of Yamask's entries, because they mention that it literally carries it's human face (the mask they carry is said to once be the face, so they technically carry their face) around, so imagine when they evolve and look at the mask, they'll be like: "I've never met this man in my life"
Furthermore, Yamask's dex entry in White says that "each of them retains memories of it's former life."
So this basically tells me that it is definitely possible to see a Yamask at a funeral of someone it once knew when it was alive, and suddenly evolve and be like, "Who is this? What am I doing here? Why do I care?"

I thought Togekiss' Sword entry was interesting. "These Pokemon are never seen anywhere near conflict or turmoil. In recent times they've hardly been seen at all." Like is that a reference to the conflict of the game or just the general state of the world.

My theory: The sword which makes up Aegislash’s body was once the king’s sword. The king killed an enemy in cold blood, maybe that enemy was the previous ruler. Then the enemy’s soul united with the sword, to kill the traitor...

I’m shocked that you didn’t mention Hatterene’s Shield dex entry. It says “If you’re too loud around it, you risk being torn apart by the claws on its tentacle. This Pokémon is known as the Forest Witch.” That means that if you accidentally yell or scream around this Pokémon then you can literally be killed violently by being gruesomely torn to pieces. Seems fitting for an E rated video game.

Chandelure, Shield:

"In homes illuminated by Chandelure instead of lights, funerals were a constant occurrence- or so it's said."

My favorite entry is Duralodon’s that mentions how it fights with Tyranitar, which possibly references the dynamic between Godzilla and Mechagodzilla.

That Weezing entry is even more interesting as it implies that in some way Pokemon morph or change in order to try and restore the natural order of things if humans somehow change that.

It's actually something that seems to be consistent across all regional variants

Fun fact: Corvisquire’s Dex entry references real life crows, which are smart enough to make and use tools!

Goodra, Pokémon Sword:

“Sometimes it misunderstands instructions and appears dazed or bewildered. Many Trainers don't mind, finding this behavior to be adorable.”

As if it couldn’t get any cuter!

I find that Drakloak's Shield entry hilarious.

"Without a Dreepy to place on its head and care for, it gets so uneasy it'll try to substitute any Pokémon it finds for the missing Dreepy. "

Imagine Darkloak having some other pokemons instead of dreepy on its head. xD

Corvisquire’s dex entry about the tools is a reference to the intelligence of real crows!
Also Snover’s berries were seen in an episode of the Sinnoh anime!
