5:04 tbh, this is on the biker in my opinion, why would u pass someone at this exact spot in a turn. Filtering might be legal, but u can clearly see how wide the vehicle is and can hopefully think that it isnt a smart idea to pass. just wait till the road ahead is more visible to safely pass the car.

For the car it's pretty obvious why, but the biker is not allowed to pass her from the right, she had not left the main road at the moment he passes so they are both at the same location at the same time and this is because the motorcycle did what he couldn't have done with a car by passsing her from the right.

14:49 biker is riding in his blind spot, not paying attention to the road and gets mad at a truck for trying to merge over before his lane ends, and tries to accelerate into slowing traffic. To many bikers these days getting mad over nothing, and Instead of just being safe and slowing down a little chooses to risk his life over his ego.
