Introduction to Equity and Trusts

In this video we shall be looking at an Introduction to Equity and Trusts. While the vast majority of the law of Equity and Trusts focuses on the Law of Trusts, it's important for us to begin with equity. In the next series of videos we shall look at the historical developments of Equity as well as the maxims of Equity before we move on to Trusts.
