Connect Ring to Multiple Phones (Add Shared User)

You can connect a second phone to your Ring Doorbell (or other cameras) by adding a Shared User in the Ring app:

Open the Ring app.
Tap “Device Settings.”
Press “Shared Access.”
Tap “Add User.”

Great informative video, however, was wandering what happens when the doorbell rings? Will both users recieve a notification and be able to answer the call? What happens when one person answers? Is the other user able to log on simultaneously or are they then blocked access while the call takes place?

Did all the steps but when I went to manage the request locations (shared) said no location found? What do I do from there? I tried it twice.

If anyone happens upon this video because they are trying to troubleshoot "why can I receive the invite but can't see it to accept", it's because there is a bug in the code. If the receiver has the same location address as the sender it will never show up. You need to delete all of your locations, then have the sender delete your invite and create a new invite for you. You'll then see your invite when you click the email to manage your access.
